About ISO 26262 Road vehicles – Functional Safety

ISO 26262 (Road vehicles – Functional Safety) is the most important international standard for functional safety of electrical and/or electronic systems that are installed in serial production road vehicles. The goal of ISO 26262 is to ensure that these systems perform reliably and safely under all operating conditions.
